7. Update Criteria – If, based on the initial set of
properties, it is determined that we need to
modify the search criteria to better meet your
needs; I will refine the parameters and
complete a new search.
8. Stay the Course – Finding a property that meets all
of your criteria can be a lengthy process. I will
not give up working with you until we find a
building that meets your needs.
9. Prepare Offer & Negotiations – I will work with you to
determine an offer strategy and will prepare and
submit a written offer for your selected space. I will
work with you on reviewing all counteroffers until
a final offer is accepted.
10. Lease Commencement – I will stay in touch
and work with you during this time period until your
business is satisfactorily moved into your new space.
