My Full Service Program includes the following key
points:
1. Initial Consultation - determine your current &
desired operational and budgetary goals
2. Search for Matching Properties – review properties
listed on databases as well as unlisted properties
to develop a starting list of potential spaces.
3. Review Property List – Thoroughly exam each
space to ensure it meets your needs.
4. Present Properties – Submit information on
available properties to you
5. Tour Properties – Set up and go with you to view
properties you are interested in
6. Update Criteria – If, based on the initial set of
properties, it is determined that we need to modify
the search criteria to better meet your needs;
I will refine the parameters and complete a new
search.
7. Stay the Course – Finding a property that meets
all of your criteria can be a lengthy process. I will
not give up working with you until we find
a building that meets your needs.
8. Prepare Offer & Negotiations – I will work with you
to determine an offer strategy and will prepare
and submit a written offer for your selected space.
I will work with you on reviewing all counteroffers
until a final offer is accepted.
9. Closing/Lease Commencement – I will stay in
touch and work with you during this time period
until your business is satisfactorily moved into
your new space
